Solution

We have

P(A) = 36 = 12

P(B) = 46 = 23

P(A ⋂ B) = Probability of getting 4 = 16

P(A ⋃ B) = P(A) + P(B) – P(A ⋂ B) = 12 + 23  16 = 1
