Exclamatory sentences are those sentences which express a state of sorrow, joy, wonder or excitement. To change such sentences into indirect speech, specific words are added to the sentence like exclaimed with joy, exclaimed with wonder, cried with grief, etc.
The given sentence is an example of a state of sorrow. The sentence would become - Ritul cried with grief that he was ruined.
Thus, option C is the correct answer.
