Indirect Speech is used to report something in our own words.
Suggestions are often reported using the verbs suggest, insist, recommend, request, demand and propose followed by that clause. 'Ordered' is used in case of command or order.
The given sentence is an example of a request whose indirect is formed by verb + to-clause.
Thus, option A is the correct answer according to the rules.
