The general tense of the sentence is present continuous and hence option D, "practising", is the correct answer. More importantly, we are referring to the act of practising yoga and not the action of doing yoga, which means we need a gerund to fill in the blank. The form of a gerund is 'verb' + 'ing' which is ''practising'' in this case. Therefore, the correct answer is option D practising.

Option A is incorrect because while the verb "practise" is in simple present tense while the sentence is in present continuous tense.
Using Option B would be incorrect because the word "to" cannot be used with a gerund (here, practising).
Option C, having practised, is the past participle form of the verb, "practise". Even this option seems to be grammatically incorrect in this specific question.
