Since the word 'hurrah' is used, we must use a similar word which can convey the same tone of excitement in the indirect speech. The sentence which is in the present perfect tense should be converted to past perfect tense. According to these, option A is the correct answer.
Option B is incorrect because it has omitted certain parts of the direct speech in conversion.
Option C is incorrect because the sentence is in the present perfect tense and not in the past perfect tense as is required. 
Option D is incorrect simply because we have chosen one specific option as the correct answer.
