Adverbs of manner usually go at the end of a sentence. For example, 'She spoke gently', where 'gently' is an adverb of manner.
Sometimes, when the adverb isn't very important, or the object is too long, the adverb goes in the mid-position of the sentence. Neither way, the adverb of manner does not go in the front position.
Hence, the given statement is False and option B is correct, A is incorrect.
