When there is more than one adverb in a sentence, the order is this way- adverb of: manner, place, frequency, time, purpose and so on. For example, 'I left early in order that I catch the bus on time.', where 'early' is an adverb of time and 'in order that I catch the bus on time' is an adverb clause of purpose.
Hence the given sentence is True, option A is correct and B is incorrect.
