In this sentence we would be understanding the subject verb agreement. The subject in this sentence is in singular form, "telephone". The rule states that when the subject is singular, the verb and the pronoun corresponding to the subject in that sentence should also be singular.
"Their" is the wrong usage of pronoun as it is plural.
"They're" is basically "they are" which is also plural.
"its" is the singular form. It is the correct answer.
"it's" is actually "it is". It is the wrong choice.
Option B is correct
