Since P(A) and P(B) are two mutually exclusive and exhaustive events, P(A) + P(B) = 1 and P(B) = 3P(A)
P(A) + 3P(A) 1
4P(A) = 1
P(A) = 14
P(B) = 1  14 = 34
P(B) = 1  34 = 14.
