f(x) is symmetrical about the line x = 1
So,
f(1 – x) = f(1 + x) .................... (1)
f(x) is symmetrical about the line x = 2
So,
f(2 – x) = f(2 + x) .................... (2)
Replace x with 1 – x in equation (1) ,
f(1 – 1 + x) = f(1 + 1 – x)
f(x) = f(2 – x) ..........................(3)
From (2) and (3) ,
f(x) = f(2 + x)
