$[\begin{array}{ll} 2 x 3 \end{array}] [\begin{array}{cc} 1 & 2 \\ - 3 & 0 \end{array}] [\begin{array}{l} x \\ 8 \end{array}] = 0$

$[\begin{array}{ll} (2 x - 9) 4 x \end{array}] [\begin{array}{l} x \\ 3 \end{array}] = 0$

⇒ (2x – 9)x + 12x = 0

⇒ 2x² – 9x + 12x = 0

⇒ 2x² + 3x = 0

⇒ x(2x + 3) = 0

∴ x = 0 or 2x + 3 = 0

$∴ x = \frac{- 3}{2}$
