$v = {πR}^{2} h = \frac{π}{4} D^{2} h$

= 4260 cm²

$∵ \frac{Δv}{v} = 2 \frac{ΔD}{D} + \frac{Δh}{h}$

$= (2 \times \frac{0 .1}{12 .6} + \frac{0 .1}{34 .2}) v$

$= \frac{2 \times 426}{12 .6} + \frac{426}{34 .2}$

= 67.61 + 12.459 = 80.075

$∴$ v = 4260 ± 80 cm³⁰
