let say a point (x,y,z) in x = 0 place

So,

x = \frac{m + n (- 2)}{m + n} = \frac{m - 2 n}{m + n}

0 = \frac{m - 2 n}{m + n} \Rightarrow m = 2 n

So,

\frac{m}{n} = \frac{2}{1} \Rightarrow 2 : 1
