An inverted sentence happens when we reverse (invert) the normal word order of a sentence structure, most commonly the subject-verb word order.
Option A is incorrect: The adverb 'not only' is placed before the verb, whereas it is usually placed after the verb- 'is' (in the normal order).
Option B is correct: The sentence has the word order: Adverb + verb  + subject + object + clause. This sentence has altered the normal word order.
Option C is incorrect: The sentence has the normal word order, subject (he) + verb ( is )  + object.
Option D is incorrect: It's irrelevant.
