When two liquids of equal mass mix, heat lost by hotter liquid equals heat gained by colder liquid. Let specific heats be cA and cB.

Heat lost by A: m cA (30 - 26) = 4 m cA

Heat gained by B: m cB (26 - 20) = 6 m cB

Set equal: 4cA=6cB

Thus, cAcB=64=32

Final Answer: 3 : 2
