Let the vertices of parallelogram be,
A(1,2,1),B(1,2,5),C(4,7,8) and D(2,3,4)

So,
AB=(11)2+(2+2)2+(15)2,=4+16+16,=6BC=(14)2+(2+7)2+(58)2,=9+25+9,=53CD=(42)2+(7+3)2+(84)2,=4+16+16,=6DA=(2+1)2+(32)2+(41)2,=9+25+9,=53

From this we can observe that the opposite sides of the quadrilateral are equal. Hence, ABCD is a parallelogram.
