Mass of trolley = 300 kg
Mass of sandbag = 25 kg when sandbag is empty
then

Mass of trolley = 325

Now mass of sandbag = 0 = initial Velocity of system = 27 km/h (Given) = final velocity of system

Applying momentum Conservation.

(m)u = (m)v

(300 + 25)u = (325 + 0)v

(325)u = (325)v

= 27 km/h
