The complex [Pt(NH3)2(SCN)2] forms two stereoisomers,
Since SCN is ambidentate ligand 2 or more donor atoms are present they joined to the central metal atom as – NCS of  – SCN both will form cis and trans isomers so total 4 isomers are possible from this complex.
