Given equation of the plan is 

z = 2

Comparing with ax + by + cz = d

a = 0, b = 0, c = 1, d =2

a2+b2+c2=02+02+12=1

Dorection cosines of the normal to the plane are 

=aa2+b2+c2,m=ba2+b2+c2,n=ca2+b2+c2

i = 0, m = 0, n = 1

∴  Direction consine of the normal to the plane are = (0,0,1)

Distance from the original=da2+b2+c2=2
