The noun is a name of a person, place or a thing. The adjective modifies or describes the noun. The word 'servility' is a noun. The words ending with ity can be changed into an adjective by dropping 'ity' from the end and adding suffix - e at the end. Thus, the adjective form of 'servility' is 'servile'. 
Eg: Fieldwork is largely performed by a servile class
