The given question asked by Sales Girl is in the simple present tense, therefore as per the rule, it needs to be changed to simple past form in order to convert it into reported speech.
Also, the form of pronoun is to be changed to the third person as per the subject.
Therefore option B is the correct answer.
In options, D form of pronoun remains unchanged. While option A is not in the simple past form. Therefore A, D are incorrect.
Also, normal word order is used in reported question that is the subject comes before the verb, and it is not necessary to use 'do' or 'did'. Therefore Option B is also incorrect.
