Given that,
Difference between series and parallel combinations of resistors.

Resistors in parallel 1Req=1Rx+1Ry+1R2

∴ equivalent resistance in Parallel combination :

Req=RxRyRzRxRy+Ry+Rz+Rz·Rx

In each resistor when connected in parallel, the current is different but the Potential difference is same.
IT = I1 (leresistance) +
I2 (Ryresistance) +
I3 (Rzresistance)

V = VRx = VRy = VRz

Resistars in series Req = Rx + Ry + Rz.

Equivalent resistance in series combination :

Req = Rx + Ry + Rz

In each resistor when connected in series, the current is same but Potential difference is different.
I = IRx = IRy = IRz
V = VRx + VRy + VRz
